Initial SubmissionThe working language of the conference is English. Submit the full paper as PDF using the IEEE templates and the IEEE IES formatting guidelines (max 6 double-column A4 pages).
Technical papers accepted for the Conference may be published in the final technical program, and may be indexed in IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex, subject to final approval by the Conference Technical Committee.
Prospective authors are expected to submit only their own original works. The Conference will verify the originality of manuscripts by comparing them with millions of other articles in databases worldwide. Manuscripts that violate IEEE's publication principles may be rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.
Wait for the accept/reject message sent to the contact author. If accepted, proceed with final submission. If not, take the reviewer comments as a help to improve your paper for a potential submission to one of the other upcoming IES conferences.
